Scary Stories from the Bench - Lunch and CLE

from $0.00

The Larimer County Bar Association is pleased to announce, in cooperation with the local judiciary, Scary Stories from the Bench! This CLE will focus on professionalism and how to practice with candor to the tribunal, as relayed from members of the local judiciary (Larimer County, 8th Judicial District).

Judge Sara Cure, Magistrate Kandace Majoros, Magistrate Patrick Esser, and Retired Magistrate Carolyn Pannell will present a moderated discussion on how to best address issues involving candor to the tribunal while zealously advocating for one’s clients.

The panel will provide responses to hypotheticals involving ethical considerations for practitioners and how to best navigate the ethical considerations that implicate Colorado’s Professional Rules of Conduct that arise from courtroom practice.

Meet in the Jury Assembly Room of the Larimer County Justice Center, 201 Laporte Ave., Fort Collins.

Grab your lunch at 11:45 a.m. and the program will begin promptly at noon.

This CLE is approved for 1 Ethics Hour/1 General.

Lunch is at no cost for LCBA Members.
Lunch for Non-LCBA Attorneys is $15 per person.
