The High School Regional Mock Trial is coming up on February 21 and 22 at the Larimer County Justice Center, and we need your help! We need 100+ volunteers to make it happen. Right now, we have less than 60 signed up. Volunteering is open to attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff. Let’s support these students and their passion for the law!
PODER will host a free legal clinic on Sunday, February 23 from 3-5pm to assist immigrant families in drawing up the Powers of Attorney forms they will need. Don’t find yourself wishing you had done more.
We are looking for family law attorneys who are willing to learn how to obtain state court orders for children who are in deportation proceedings. We are offering 2 hours of CLE credit to family law attorneys who attend a training and agree to represent at least one child on a pro bono basis in obtaining the SIJS predicate order. Wednesday, February 26, 2025, from 10:00 AM 12:00 PM.
